Official Rules for the Royalwhips Subaru WRX Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Royalwhips Subaru WRX Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Royalwhips, located at 37985 Butternut Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 8, 2024, and ends on December 20, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three methods of entry:

1. Purchase Entry: Receive one (1) entry for every $5 spent on merchandise at www.royalwhips.com. Orders containing items from the Empire Apparel Collection will receive double entries.

2. Free Entry via Mail: Mail a 3” x 5” card with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase “Royalwhips Subaru WRX Giveaway” to 37985 Butternut Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day during the Entry Period.

3. Free Entry via Social Media: Complete the following steps:

• Subscribe to the Royalwhips YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/@royalwhips?si=O9UdZoL1-EqczjDO.

• Follow @royalwhips.Chris on Instagram.

• Follow @Royalwhips.company on Instagram.

After completing these steps, send a screenshot as proof to @royalwhips.Chris on Instagram to receive your free entry.

Duplicate, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: A 2011 Subaru WRX with modifications, including a cat-back exhaust, cold air intake, aftermarket wheels, window tint, and aftermarket headlights. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000.

• The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, and any other fees associated with the prize.

• The prize is awarded “as is” without warranties, expressed or implied.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected randomly using a random number generator and announced via Facebook Live on December 21, 2024, at 2 PM EST. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the announcement. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL TERMS

• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

• The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other events beyond its control.

8. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including social media posts, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used only to administer the Sweepstakes and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as necessary to fulfill prize delivery.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Lorain County, Ohio.

12. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 37985 Butternut Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. Requests must be received by January 31, 2025.
